Karen has enjoyed teaching dance and music to students of all ages since 2001. After graduating from the Philadelphia College of the Performing Arts, she moved to New York City, where she continued her studies in dance, voice, and acting.  Her professional credits include The Boyfriend, Sugar, Naughty Marietta, HMS Pinafore, The Pirates of Penzance, and Give My Regards to Broadway.  From 2016 to 2022, Karen served as Assistant Director at Eagles' Wings Studio, where she taught acting, dance, and voice, and choreographed numerous musicals. Although she has hung up her dance shoes for now, she continues to teach private voice lessons and, more recently, has taken on the role of Jr. Company Director.  When she’s not teaching or working for EW, Karen enjoys taking walks with her beloved dog, Pippin, and reading the classics.
